DETAILED DESIGN / DEBOTTLENECKING / CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING
Procyon Oil & Gas are undertaking the detailed design for a brown field expansion of an onshore oil field within Gabon, following on from the successful debottlenecking and concept selection phase. The facilities will soon become capacity constrained associated with increasing well count, water cut, GOR/gas cap break-through and the future requirement to gas lift wells. Production fluids are challenging with moderate API oil associated with high wax content, pour points, sand production and the tendency to form emulsions and foam. Product specifications are difficult to achieve and there are oil/water interface control issues within the production separators. Debottlenecking / conceptual evaluation phases included:
- Site Survey Reviews
- Data gathering and collation of base data and assumptions for work progression
- Debottlenecking Analysis
- Flare hydraulic and radiation analysis
- Conceptual engineering for potential additional train and flare relocation
- Oil Export Pipeline Network and Surge analysis
- Cost Estimation
- Project Scheduling
- FEED
- Detail Engineering
Benefits:
An experienced / focused team working in close co-operation with the client to facilitate fast progress to project implementation. This will provide enhanced production potential, system availability and improved site operability.
