ONSHORE UK FIELD MANAGEMENT AND EXPANSION

Procyon Oil & Gas are managing the operation of a UK onshore oilfield for an overseas company that purchased the asset in 2007. Procyon are also carrying out facilities debottlenecking and expansion of the site to enable the drilling of four new wells with an expected doubling of production.

The scope of the services provided includes:

• Audit of facilities and operations prior to asset purchase
• Preparation of application to UK government for client to become a UK operator
• Preparation of management systems
• Negotiation of O&M contract for field operation
• Management of O&M contract
• Conceptual engineering and budgets for field expansion
• Management of planning application for site extension, four new wells and upgraded production facility (planning accepted in four months from application)
• Detail design and procurement for the expansion: civils, process, mechanical, piping, instruments, electrical
• Contractor management and construction supervision
• Coordination with client drilling and well services groups for site activities
• Conceptual engineering for proposed compressed natural gas (CNG) export system
